Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 14, 2019 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Schneider Electric, Peru, Indiana.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,540) which expires
on April 14, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
