Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 12, 2019, by three workers on behalf of workers of JPMorgan
Chase Bank, NA, Columbus, Ohio.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petition does not comply with the requirements set
forth in 90.11(c)(3) that every petition shall include, "The name
and address of the workers' firm or appropriate subdivision
thereof." During the course of the investigation it was determined
that Columbus, Ohio was erroneously stated as the location of the
worker group. Furthermore, the investigation revealed that the
three petitioning workers reported to different locations within
the firm. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
