Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 26, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
AT&T Business-Global Operations & Services, Delivery Excellence-
Global Product Ordering, Business VOIP Team, a subsidiary of AT&T
Services, Inc., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc.,
Grand Rapids, Michigan. The worker group is inclusive of remote
(home) workers.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,965) which expires
on July 30, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
