Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 23, 2019 by the State of Maine on behalf of workers of Sitel
Operating Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sitel LLC, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Sitel Worldwide Corporation, Caribou,
Maine. The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed are
eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-
94,783A (certification expires on December 31, 2021).
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
