Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on July 16, 2019 by the State of Nebraska on
behalf of workers and former workers of Fargo Assembly of PA,
Inc., a subsidiary of Electrical Components International
Inc., including on-site leased workers from Essential
Personnel, David City, Nebraska. The worker group on whose
behalf the petition is filed are eligible to apply for Trade
Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-94,688B (certification expires
on May 24, 2021). Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
