Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed by three workers on July 10, 2019 on behalf of
workers and former workers of Schwebels Baking Company,
Youngstown, Ohio. The petitioners do not represent Schwebels
Baking Company, but filed the petition as three workers. Two
of the workers are located in Georgia and one worker is
located in New York. The workers are not teleworkers who
report to the Ohio facility.
Petitions filed by a group of workers must represent the
location at which all three petitioners work(ed). Because
none of the petitioners worked at the Youngstown, Ohio
location, the petition does not meet the criteria set forth in
29 CFR 90.11(c) and, as such, the petition has been deemed
invalid. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
