Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on July 8, 2019 by the state workforce office on
behalf of leased workers from Apex Systems, Eliassen Group, and
TEKsystems working on-site at Lowe's Home Centers, LLC, a
subsidiary of Lowe's Companies, Inc., Kirkland, Washington.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,655) which
expires on June 18, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
