Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on July 5, 2019 by the state workforce office on
behalf of workers of TE Connectivity, including on-site leased
workers from Randstad, Menlo Park, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,826A) which
expires on June 25, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
