Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 26, 2019 by the State of Arkansas on
behalf of workers and former workers of Georgia-Pacific Consumer
Operations, LLC, Crossett Paper Operations, a subsidiary of
Georgia-Pacific, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Koch
Industries, Inc., Crossett, Arkansas. The petitioning worker
group is eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under
TA-W-93,624B (certification expires on January 22, 2021).
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
