Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 25, 2019 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
R1 RCM Inc., previously known as Accretive Health, Inc., Austin,
Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing amended certification (TA-W-94,513),
which will expires on March 8, 2021. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
