Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 25, 2019, by the State of New York on
behalf of workers and former workers of Artech, Morristown, New
Jersey. The petition states that the subject workers are
engaged in activities related to the supply of computer system
design for IBM customers. Attachments to the petition reflect
that some workers of Artech, Endicott, New York may be eligible
to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-94,488.
The petition has been deemed invalid because it does not
comply with the requirements set forth in 29 CFR 90.11(c)(4).
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
