Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 24, 2019 by three workers on behalf of workers of American
Electric Power Service Corporation, Accounting and Tax
Transaction Processing, a subsidiary of American Electric Power
Company, Inc., Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,910) which expires
on July 28, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated
