Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 17, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
AARCO, working on-site at IKEA Industry Danville LLC, Ringgold,
Virginia.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,455) which expires
on February 4, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
