Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 14, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Insight and Exela Technologies, working on-site at Ditech
Holding Corporation, Rapid City, South Dakota.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,485) which expires
on February 24, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
