Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 28, 2019 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
A123 Systems LLC, including on-site leased workers from Adecco-
USA, Livonia, Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,846A) which
expires on November 8, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
