Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 16, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Primus Global Services, Inc.; Sriven Systems of TX Inc.; Teknaux
LLC; and Cogent Infotech Corp, working on-site at TMG Health, A
Cognizant Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cognizant Domestic
Holdings Corporation, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation, Jessup, Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,443) which expires
on January 22, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
