Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 24, 2019, by three workers on behalf of workers of Deluxe
Digital Distribution Inc. dba Deluxe on Demand, a subsidiary of
Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc., including workers whose
wages were reported under Deluxe Shared Services Inc., Burbank,
California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,629) which expires
on May 22, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
