Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 18, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Construction Equipment Company, Sheridan, Oregon.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,211A) which
expires on July 18, 2019. The official name of Construction
Equipment Company is Petram Enterprises Inc. The petitioner filed
the petition (TA-W-94,736) without realizing that the workers' firm
was known by another name, and thus was not aware that the workers
were already certified. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
