Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 29, 2019 by three workers on behalf of workers of Wells
Fargo Equipment Finance (WFEF) - Early Stage Collections, a
division of Wells Fargo Commercial Capital (WFCC), a subsidiary of
Wells Fargo Bank N.A., Macon, Georgia.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,675) which expires
on July 25, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
