Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on March 21, 2019 on behalf of a worker of
Gannett Satellite Information Network, LLC, a subsidiary of
Gannett Co., Inc., Technology Division, Louisville, Kentucky.
The subject worker group is covered by a petition that is
the subject of an on-going investigation for which a
determination has not yet been issued (TA-W-94,669). Further
investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and serve no
purpose; therefore, the investigation under this petition has
been terminated.
