Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 14, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Besi North America, Inc., working on-site at Micron
Technology, Inc., Boise, Idaho.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,086) which expires
on December 28, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
