Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on March 8, 2019 by a state workforce office on
behalf of workers of General Electric Company, GE
Transportation Parts, Transportation Division, doing business
as Westinghouse Air Brake Technology Corporation, including
workers whose wages were reported under General Electric
International, Inc., GE Engine Services LLC, Erie,
Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under existing certifications (TA-W-93,917 and TA-W-
93,917A) which expires on September 28, 2020. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
