Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 27, 2019, by three workers on behalf of workers of Xerox
Corporation, Centralized Business Services, Tables Organization,
Customer Business Operations (CBO) Division, Webster, New York.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. Two (2) of the petitioning workers were separated from
the subject firm in 2017. Under Section 223(b) of the Act, and
within 29 C.F.R. 90.16(e)(1) of the regulations, workers whose
separations occurred more than one year before the date of the
petition date cannot be covered by a certification issued for that
petition. The petition date of TA-W-94,568 is February 26, 2019.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
