Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 6, 2019 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Maxim Integrated Products, Inc., I.T. Department, including
on-site leased workers from Final Phase Systems, Systema USA
Corporation, and Compucom, Beaverton, Oregon.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
