Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on February 5, 2019 on the behalf of workers and
former workers of Smith & Nephew, including on-site leased
workers from KellyOCG, Mansfield, Massachusetts.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
certification (TA-W-93,868A). Further investigation in this case
would serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation under this
petition has been terminated.
