amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 18, 2019 on behalf of workers and
former workers of Tangoe US, Inc., Operations-Service Excellence
Organization, Parsippany, New Jersey.
The petitioning group of workers are eligible to apply for
Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-94,438. Further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose; therefore,
the investigation under this petition has been terminated.
