Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 16, 2019 by the state workforce
office on behalf of workers of Axeon Specialty Products LLC,
including workers reporting wages under Axeon Refining LLC,
including workers reporting wages under Associated Asphalt
Partners (AAP), Paulsboro, New Jersey.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,754) which
expires on January 23, 2020. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
