Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 14, 2019 by the state workforce
office on behalf of workers of GCL Solar Materials US I, LLC,
including on-site leased workers from Kelly Services and ADP
TotalSource, Pasadena, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,329) which
expires on November 16, 2020. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
