Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 11, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Zodiac Electrical Inserts USA, Zodiac Electrical Inserts
(ZEIU) Reporting Unit, a subsidiary of Zodiac Aerospace,
including on-site leased workers from Kelly Services, People to
People, and Helpmates, Huntington Beach, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,874) which expires
on June 21, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
