Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 20, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of ICON Information Consultants, working on-site at NRG Energy,
Inc., including workers whose wages were reported through NRG
Energy, Homer City, Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,714) which expires
on October 25, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
