Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 20, 2018 by a company official and the United Automobile,
Aerospace, and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW),
Local 2322, on behalf of workers of Amesbury Group, Inc. (dba
AmesburyTruth), Amesbury, Massachusetts.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,240) which expires
on November 29, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
