Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 19, 2018 by state workforce office on behalf of workers
of IQVIA Inc., formerly Quintiles IMS, a subsidiary of IQVIA
Holdings Inc., Chief Information Office (Cloud Services Team),
Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,214, Amended)
which expires on October 23, 2020. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
