Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 2, 2018 by the state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Ericsson, Inc. BNEW SAN SEU UCC Division also known as
BNEW GSO SEU HES PSE2 CS Group, Plano Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,582) which expires
on September 28, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
