Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 2, 2018 by the state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Ericsson, Inc., Market Area North America Digital
Services (MANA DS) Division, Plano, Texas (TA-W-94,300); and
Ericsson, Inc., Market Area North America Digital Services (MANA
DS) Division, Richardson, Texas (TA-W-94,300A); and Ericsson,
Inc., Market Area North America Digital Services (MANA DS)
Division, Irving, Texas (TA-W-94,300B).





The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,846; TA-W-92,846A;
and TA-W-92,846B) which expires on December 7, 2019. Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
