Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on November 2, 2018 by a state workforce office
on behalf of the workers of Copland Industries, Inc.,
Distribution Center, including on-site leased workers from
Hire Alternatives, Burlington, North Carolina (TA-W-94,299);
Copland Industries, Inc., including on-site leased workers
from Hire Alternatives, Burlington, North Carolina (TA-W-
94,299A); and Copland Fabrics, Inc., including on-site leased
workers from Hire Alternatives, Burlington, North Carolina
(TA-W-94,299B).
The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
