Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 31, 2018 by the state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), including
remote workers from Virginia reporting to Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,082A) which
expires on September 24, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
