Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 16, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Arjo, Inc., a subsidiary of Arjo AB, including on-site leased
workers from Entegee dba Patriot Technical, Contract Tech, and
Adecco NA, San Antonio, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,839) which expires
on June 13, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
