Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 11, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of MCPC Inc., Paradigm Infotech, Bay Area Techworkers, and Quest
Global Services working on-site at General Electric Company, GE
Transportation Parts, Transportation Division, including workers
whose wages were reported under GE Electric International, Inc.,
GE Engine Services LLC, Erie Pennsylvania.







The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,917) which expires
on September 28, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
