Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 27, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Rose International, Inc., working on-site at Suntrust
Mortgage, Servicing Department, Richmond, Virginia, Richmond,
Virginia.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,622) which expires
on April 17, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
