Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 26, 2018, by a state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Nuance Communications, Inc., Burlington, Massachusetts
(TA-W-94,168) and Nuance Transcription Services, Inc., a
subsidiary of Nuance Communications, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia (TA-W-
94,168A).
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
