Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on September 24, 2018 by a state workforce office
on behalf of workers of Alpha Guardian, working on-site at
Stack-On Products, a subsidiary of Alpha Guardian, Wauconda,
Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,096) which
expires on September 12, 2020. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
