Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 20, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Sony DADC, including on-site leased workers from
Industrial Outsourcing Services, Terre Haute, Indiana.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,523) which expires
on April 1, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
