Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 6, 2018 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of remote
workers (teleworkers/home-based workers) of Dex Media, Inc., d/b/a
Dex YP, reporting to DFW Airport, Texas.
The remote workers reporting to Dex Media, Inc., d/b/a Dex
YP, DFW Airport, Texas are part of the worker group eligible to
apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-93,202A
(certification expires on January 24, 2020). Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
