Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on August 31, 2018 by a state workforce on
behalf of workers of Juniata Valley Occupational Health,
working on-site at GE Inspection Technologies, a division of
GE Oil & Gas, Lewistown, Pennsylvania. The worker group is
engaged in activities related to the production of
radiographic X-ray apparatus and tubes for non-destructive
testing.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,465) which
expires on February 27, 2019. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
