Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 29, 2018 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers
of Caterpillar Inc., dba Dyersburg Transmission, Advanced
Components Manufacturing Division, Dyersburg, Tennessee.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,267; amended)
which expires on November 17, 2019. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
