Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 27, 2018, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Aerotek, Inc., working on-site at International Business
Machines Corporation (IBM), including on-site leased workers from
Seretus, Inc., Hillsboro, Oregon.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
