Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on August 16, 2018 by a state workforce office
on behalf of workers of Aerostructures Contract Employees,
Johnson Services Group, and Chipton Ross, working on-site at
Triumph Aerostructures, Triumph Aerospace Structure Division, a
subsidiary of Triumph Group, Red Oak, Texas. Multax System was
named within the petition but later revealed to not have been a
part of the worker group
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,882) which
expires on December 14, 2019. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
