Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 16, 2018 by the state workforce office on behalf of leased
workers from Aerostructures Contract Employees and Chipton Ross
working on-site at Triumph Aerostructures, Grand Prairie, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,517; amended)
which expires on June 17, 2020. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
