Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 1, 2018, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Necco, Revere, Massachusetts.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,743) which expires
on May 29, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
