Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 30, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Aspen Insurance U.S Services Inc., Rocky Hill, Connecticut (TA-W-
94,017); Aspen Insurance U.S Services Inc., New York, New York
(TA-W-94,017A); Aspen Insurance U.S Services Inc., Boston,
Massachusetts (TA-W-94,017B); and Aspen Insurance U.S Services
Inc., Atlanta, Georgia (TA-W-94,017C). The workers are engaged
in activities related to the supply of insurance and reinsurance
services.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under existing certifications (TA-W-94,012; TA-W-94,012A;
TA-W-94,012B; and TA-W-94,012C) which expires on August 29,, 2020.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
